I’m back again (and running late as usual) for another round of “Mondays Finish the Story”
This week the picture of inspiration is:
Finish the story begins with: “Donning her fins and snorkel, she headed out into the deep water.”
My Short Story
Donning her fins and snorkel, she headed out into the deep water, looking forward to the relaxation that she knew would come from the loosing herself in the concentration of swimming. The large yacht, with its crew, that she had just left remained nearby. Ready whenever she should decide that she had had enough and was ready to return. For now, however, she would simply enjoy the solitude of swimming out in the middle of nowhere with no one else around. Enjoy the quiet that came from having no-one else around other than the crew from the yacht, all of whom would respect her need for solitude and only intervene at the sign of trouble.
