#NaBloPoMo For Tuesday Nov 4th, #MondayFinishTheStory

“She lived a life that some would describe as being on edge.”

She lived a life that some would describe as being on edge, but that didn’t bother Betsy none. She loved living the life of travel, with no single place to call home. She loved going from one place to the next, traipsing here and there, and meeting new people.

It was during one of her “traipses” that Betsy met Regina. It was uncanny how much alike they looked and thought. They even dreased alike. It was as if they could have been sisters.
During one of Betsy’s visits to Regina, Regina gave her a Buffalo Nickel with the date “April 1953” – her birth date. Later, Regina showed Betsy her own special Buffalo Nickel with the exact same date on it. It was also Regina’s birth date.

Betsy carried the nickel Regina gave her everywhere she travelled. A reminder of the sister she never knew she had.
